Use first name in addressee of correspondence

In response to user feedback, we have expanded the preferences section of Firm Details to allow the first name of an addressee to be used. For example, a letter may be addressed to Mr Peter Smith rather than Mr P Smith. For conveyancing letters written to husband & wife, firms can choose whether to use first name of only the husband, or first names of both spouses. For example, Mr & Mrs Peter Smith or Mr Peter & Mrs Helen Smith. If you would like to use the first name, please go to Utilities >> Firm Details >> Prefs tab and choose "Yes" for your preferred option(s).
