What is AskLEAP?
AskLEAP is an AI-powered tool designed to help you quickly find answers to your LEAP-related questions. It searches Help Centre articles, instructions, and the Knowledge Base to provide instant, verified responses, giving you the information you need, when you need it.
You can also chat directly with one of our Australian-based Client Support Consultants.
How to use AskLEAP
- Navigate to the LEAP Help Centre.
- ‘Sign In’ with your LEAP credentials at the top of the Help Centre homepage.
- Type in a question, view frequently asked questions, or connect directly to a Chat Agent.
