Yes, am also having issues when adding documents to a matter.
Appears to fail to create a packet.
Searching the register cannot find any evidence that a packet or document have been created.
Have tried multiple times in multiple matters.
I am having the same issue.
I also have a problem with this. Some packets appear in document packets but not in the document register. No idea why it only happens to some and not others
