Does everyone have constant issued with clients being unable to log into LawConnect?

I’m a big proponent of LawConnect and the ability to share documents securely as a link to clients, the ability for clients to upload documents etc.

However, the biggest issue we have is that clients consistently have issues logging in where they are told their passwords are incorrect. They’re then unable to reset their password.

This puts the clients off and they lose faith in the system.

It's something that I have reported constantly to the helpdesk but little is done to resolve the issue.

Obviously, it is hard to troubleshoot because we’re not seeing the issue from the client’s end, however its more than just a odd occurrence.
