It's been YEARS pretty much since the beginning since I started using LEAP, you could insert MULTIPLE email addresses in ONE email slot in contact cards,
e.g. I can open a contact card or a staff person card to say "XXX FIRM YYY MATTER TEAM" and I enter: staff1@staff1.com; staff2@staff2.com", then when sending a new email, i can select to send email to "staff1@staff1.com; staff2@staff2.com" two emails, and when I create the contact card or person'/staff card, I only need to create the card ONCE instead of TWICE or sometimes, like four five six times depending on the number of people who must be cc'ed.
But since of the recent update I'm not sure which, "staff1@staff1.com; staff2@staff2.com" email address can no longer be recognised, e.g. "New Email" select names/emails, I cannot find "staff1@staff1.com; staff2@staff2.com" anymore.
Please advise whether:
- it's simply a bug, then please advise how to fix and patch;
- was this function intentionally removed? then PLEASE explain and add it back.
Honestly it's extremely annoying that things which have worked for YEARS stopped working my patience with LEAP is growing thinner with every 'update'.
