      Hi Helen, we are continuing to have this issue, currently linking and unlinking MYOB to LEAP and the problem still is not resolved.

        We have had this problem unresolved for over 2 weeks

    We had a similar issue with Xero. The fix for us was to re-set thesoftware permission link in Xero and Leap. The main account holder of your accounting software needs to log in and reconnect to Leap.

      We have had to reset the software many times and the problem still continues unfortuantely.
