Can Leap update so that I can make my client in a DV file the Respondent?
I have noticed that when opening a new file for a DV matter, I am not given the option to list my client as the Respondent. The options available relate the the Aggrieved, and when I try to "switch" the card types, I get a pop up saying that the tables cannot be swapped. Rather presumptuous of Leap to assume that DV clients are only the Aggrieved/Applicant.
