Sharing the answer that the lovely Lauren from LEAP helped with my query. All you need to do is go into the matter. Click on the ... icon at the top right of LEAP. This will bring up a menu. Go into "Show Deleted Correspondence" This will then bring back into the LEAP matter your last deleted document, which will be highlighted in red. Right click on that and the document will come back into the system. Problem solved!!!
