When I go into menu and do a search in "Documents" under "Search All Correspondence" it is only coming up with documents from matters ranging from 2014-2020. I would like to search all matters and it will not show them unless I specifically put 23XXX in.

Rosalie, I raised this issue with LEAP last week. If you haven't already figured it out yourself I have been advised by LEAP that it appears that the search engine's default is the "oldest" 250 results. If you go to the Advance Search option and tick "Date Range", you can then modify the search to the time frame you require, bearing in mind that it will still only provide you with the oldest 250 results within that time frame.
