Workarounds for lost integration when internet speed is slow(er)?

Has anyone else found that when you're travelling and the internet speed isn't as fast as in the office (say, 13Mbps download and 3Mbps upload - compared to 85/20 from my office), so many things within Leap don't work - such as the integrations between Leap, Leap Timesheet, Infotrack and the folder structure within matters. And I cannot access anything within the Office/Trust Accounting tabs. Unfortunately it means that emails can only be saved to matters, and into the correct folders, timesheets uploaded and accounting tasks done once back in the office.

    Hi Melissa,

    Thanks for your feedback.

Due to the nature of LEAP and being a cloud-based software, this means that the requirements for LEAP to have full functionality are higher than you will sometimes get whilst travelling/out of office. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be easily adjusted. Your current workaround of waiting until back in the office to upload is the way forward at present.

    Kind Regards,

    Simon
