After adding in all of the amounts in the questionaire the total comes up with an incorrect total. Each financial statement we do we have to get LEAP Support to fix it. This document has been in issue since we starting using LEAP - almost 2 years ago.

I have just started having issues with the financial statemenst in the FCAWA & FCFCOA templates. It will not let me add data at all. I had a Leap technician take over my computer & press every thing available to only say that I would need to get our own IT person to look at it. Interesting that it is only that template that isn't talking to Word. SMH
Always have an issue with this app - clients get an error message and can't use it, but we also can't revoke it and try again. It's pretty useless and we have spent too much time trying to get it to work.
