Thanks for your query. It sounds like the email address is being picked up from your Outlook Address Book, as the incorrect email address was used at some point. To avoid this, you can de-select 'Use Outlook Address Book' in your Outlook Automation options. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.

Hi Angela,
I've had this problem too. It was resolved by going into the client card and then clicking on general details. Even though you will have corrected the address on the main page under "email", when you click on "General Details" on the left hand side, the original incorrect address may still be listed under the email there. Fix it here and it should fix your problem. It worked for me!
Thanks Angelina - I did finally find the out-of-date email address hidden away on a client card - finally got it! Hooray!
