we need to update our postal details on the leap system

There are a few places it's important for you to update your postal details.
If you log in to LEAP, navigate to Menu > Settings > Firm Details, and update the details of all Branches, this will update your firm address within the LEAP software.
However, you will also need to check your Document Type templates, to ensure they are using Firm Details fields, rather than plain text.
