Is there a way that Leap can alert you that there is an invitation in PEXA before you create the workspace?
Also is there a way to change workgroup allocation before the workspace is created?

Hi,
This sounds like it would need to be a feature controlled either by PEXA or through the InfoTrack integration with PEXA. The connection between the three entities (PEXA, InfoTrack and LEAP) is managed by InfoTrack.
Can I suggest you raise this with InfoTrack? I'm sure any solution would need assistance from LEAP developers as well, but only in terms of handling a request sent through from InfoTrack.
