Issues with LL-FED-FCFCOA-075 Affidavit precedent

I have prepared about 6 Affidavits in the last few days and keep having the same issues.

  1. There must be an extra space on the first page that's pushing to the second, so the second page ends up as a blank page. I have to remove a line of space for page 2 to come back up.
  2. I'm not sure how the issue happens, but i lose page numbering, or just the numbers on the first and last pages.
  3. Again, not sure of the prompt, but i also lose the allocated signature section at the foot of each page.
  4. The automatic numbering still isn't fixed and doesn't format well, especially once you hit 3 digits.
