    Hi John,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with logging in.

    Can you please try the following:

    • Close out of the LEAP login screen
    • Open your Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del, select Task Manager)
    • Navigate to the Services tab
    • Locate 'LEAPOfficeXE' > right-click and select Restart/Start
    • Try logging in again
