Document register question

When you go to a client's Leap file, open Registers the bar shows "Currently held/Temporarily removed". If you do not change that to "All Statuses" before opening the new packet and adding a document, it does not show in the Leap file under Registers.

 

Then when you are looking for the packet number you have to go through the Document Register which is fine, but sometimes time consuming depending what the client's name is.

 

Why does it not show under "Currently Held/temporarily removed"? It is currently held. Perhaps the heading needs to change.

    I've just tested the same on my LEAP, and have been unable to replicate the issue you're experiencing, indicating there may be something environmental on your machine preventing it from working as intended.
