What are others doing with regard to managing contacts within a company / partnership / business / government department card?
It would be lovely to not have to create separate cards for staff, as they can sit within the company without having their own card (which has the advantage of pulling the company contact details and not having to enter individual details). However, the helpdesk have just told me that staff can't be searched - so this isn't a good approach.
In order to be able to search for people, they must have their own card, which is a lot more data entry, and I have no way of differentiating between Joe Bloggs as an individual (we did his will for example) and Joe Bloggs as an employee of ABC Ltd as the cards look identical from the main page.
This could very easily be fixed by the staff being searchable.

Thanks for your query.
In relation to staff members existing on a company card, you can search for Staff Members (or People) within Menu > View People.
This search includes all people who are entered on Company/organisation cards.
