Hi team, my concern is with Super Diary and tasks being deleted by other users without a record. I note a report or record feature is currently unavailable to track what users have edited/deleted tasks. It would a great idea if Leap can implement a feature to track what users have edited/deleted in tasks. Currently, with tasks being deleted, this is causing me to forget a task and as I am working on dates, it is imperative that I do not miss any tasks as this may cause a delay in my settlements. I now have to go through all my files on a regular basis checking my tasks and ensuring they are not being deleted or edited to ensure no delays with my settlements. the feature suggested above should be considered and included as soon as possible as it is an important feature to have for the conveyance procedures. We appreciate your feedback in relation to this. As we work on and develop this tool, we will continue to make changes to improve its functionality, and suggestions such as yours help to guide us in the right direction.
In the meantime, when other users remove your tasks from LEAP, this does not remove them from your own Outlook tasks list. If you are worried about missing tasks that have been removed from LEAP, you should still have access to them in Outlook.

Hi Scott, when I delete tasks in leap they are automatically deleted from my Outlook. I just did a test and sure enough, the task was also deleted from Outlook. Is there any other suggestion you may have?
Hi Anna,
If you delete your own tasks, this will sync back to your own Outlook. However, if somebody else deletes your task, this should be present in your Outlook still.

Hi Scott, I just did a test with a work colleague and sure enough, when my colleague deleted my task in a leap file matter, it was also deleted from my Outlook. Our tasks should be each user's own tasks and there should be some security around the tasks, where other users cannot delete others' tasks. Not sure why leap has decided to have a SuperDiary for all users to have access to and delete other users' tasks. thank you.
