I don't understand why I am unable to enter or update Property details when creating Recurring Matters. Surely if the matter is recurring, it's going to be for a Client or a Property! I can enter the Client but when I select the Property nothing happens!
Why does it take so long for Leap to fix something when you've advised them of a problem or issue? So frustrating as this is not a new idea but something that needs fixing! What's the point of having to enter all the Property Details each time it's a "recurring matter"? Isn't the whole idea to save time opening the files by being able to enter all the relevant information that makes it a Recurring Matter in the first place???
