Not ideal and very time consuming as you have to type in the document name and then select the matter to which you want to save the PDF

Having the same problem. Save to LEAP was so much easier.
I thought it was just me, all of a sudden when I save changes they don't save and so I lose changes to templates I'm trying to complete!
Having the same problem!! making everything so much harder than it needs to be! WHY DID THEY CHANGE IT!!!!
Having the same problem. I
Came here to ask the same question before I contacted our IT chap.
This is so poor.
I sent a support email to LEAP regarding this issue. They advised that this problem has been escalated and sent to their development team.
Thank you !!
Very frustrating, it makes recurring matter templates nearly useless.
Hopefully LEAP can fix this ASAP.
Agreed. We save ours to our desktop and then drag them back into the LEAP matter. Then if you have opened the document from the LEAP matter and edited it, saved elsewhere and closed the PDF, the LEAP matter does not recognise that it has been closed. Multiple steps now where it should have been 1 simple step.
Leap is now becoming so unfriendly to use. This is not the only problem and even if you suggest something, the suggestion is ignored (eg having Australia in the address, lack of capitalisation of the suburb) Saving a PDF document to a matter is now taking so long and it shouldn't be like this, especially with the licence fees that we pay. The last I heard from Leap about 14 days ago was that "we are aware of the issue and are trying to resolve the problem." Still waiting, unfortunately not too patiently.
