All of our email precedents have started defaulting to filling from the one email field even if they were previously created to use others. On looking at the precedents with a view to editing them to work correctly, it was not possible to place a new field in the To, CC, BCC or Subject fields - the cursor returned to the body and placed the field there. Similarly, the Toggle Fields button didn't show the currently used field in the To address box.
I am only able to 'edit' these precedents by recreating them, and the amount of available fields appears to be slightly more limited than those in the current list of document controls in Word.
It would be very useful to have more robust Outlook precedent editing tools, including being able to edit the recipients.
