I cannot get access and has a message: "LEAP has exceeded its 30 days offline time limit" as I did not use Leap in this lap top for a while. What do I do?

      Hi there.

      I uninstalled the app totally on my pc and then download the app again from Leap download website for Leap (desktop app). And the issue resolved.

    We fixed this on 3 of our Laptops, by running a REPAIR on LEAP.

     

    Go to 'Control Panel' > Select 'Uninstall a Program' > Hi-light 'LEAP' > Click 'REPAIR' at the top

     

    Then say Yes, Ok, or Continue to the twenty pop-ups you will get.
