Since updating LEAP I have had two issues,
The first is my combine PDF function is not working, and despite being on a support chat for over two hours while not being able to work, it is still not resolved.
Second issue is the new update has changed the way you save emails to LEAP, the new way is so much slower as it takes longer to load and does not always allow you to save multiple emails to the same matter at the same time.
I'm also having the same issue with creating combined PDF, very frustrating! Also extracting an email attachment in Leap and creating it as a PDF is no longer working.
Hello EW and Helen, hopefully the new version 2.3.116.0 has resolved these issues for you however if not, please do re-contact Helpdesk and we will see if we can escalate the case.
