I have issues where creating a PDF of a marked-up comparison Word document removes all of the mark-ups.
I have created a marked-up comparison word document using the Leap in-built features. The marked-up comparison document is then opened in Word. I save that document back into Leap using Leap button in Word. (Actually the same issues happen however the comparison document has been created or saved into Leap).
If I want to then convert the marked-up comparison document to a PDF, the PDF that is created is a clean version of the document without mark-ups showing.
It does not seem to matter if I have opened the comparison doc in Word and used the 'Save to matter as PDF' button located in the Leap tab of Word, used the Print to Leap option or if I right click the Word document while in Leap Correspondence and click on create PDF - the same thing happens.
Is there something I'm missing?
