When making telephone calls through the Leap app, Leap no longer records the correct fee.

When making phone calls through the Leap app on a mobile, Leap would record the time and choose the correct fee according to what was on your Rate A, the default rate for the "tel" code. After the update, the mobile app records the time, but with zero $ rate. Does anyone have a solution for this? Have spoken to Leap support, but they have not provided a solution.

    Hi Simon. Thanks for reaching out. Our Director is on the most recent Leap app (she checked through the app store and there is no update pending). Some issues have resolves, ie, she can now make calls through the app and it is blocking her caller id, but it is still not inserting the dollar amount for Rate A (or any rate).
