Ive spent over 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon on live chat waiting for support only to give up- hopeless!

I think it is a known issue, but you have to clear your internet cache - if it becomes too full, you end up waiting an hour or more for someone to take your chat. If you clear it, (while it is an inconvenience clearing the cache), it does seem to fix how long you wait for someone to claim your chat. Once I've cleared my cache, I someone usually answers within minutes (like it used to do a couple of years ago).....
