Nathan Young (Customer) asked a question.
Hi,
I am aware I can make my own calendar entries in LEAP (eg, I can set a Hearing Date) and it will show in LEAP and on my calendar. But I would like to be able to use the existing LEAP suggested Critical Dates and have the option for those to go into calendars.
As it is, seeing as LEAP Critical Dates do not go into calendars, I simply do not use them and so they clog up the Calendar Tab and provide no functionality.
Thanks,
Nathan

Hi All,
LEAP Support has advised me by email:
We note that you are able to add Critical Dates to your Outlook Calendar by:
Entering the Critical Date in LEAP
Right Click the Critical Date
Select "Create Appointment for Critical Date"
This will then open an appointment in your calendar to be saved. For more information, please see our Community Article on Adding Critical Dates below:

Nathan thank you for the feedback and for reposting that advice from Helpdesk - very useful for other users.
