Would be good if there was a easy to see flagged part so that important details could be seen quickly on client card. EG Do not act, bad debtor,

we have added details about this sort of thing to their client card under the "other>person notes" sections, and under the Notes and Other section. unfortunately, we need to remember to check this every time.
I go into the card and type BAD DEBTOR after their name, that way it stands out
These are all great suggestions. I would also add changing the Fee Estimate to be $1.00 and ensuring the Fee Estimates warning option setting is on (Helpdesk can assist you to set this)
