Andrew Bampton (Customer) asked a question.
Is anyone else having this problem since the latest update? Since the most recent updated mid November I have been having a bizarre thing happen where I am in one matter (say ABC) and have saved a document and closed off. Then I open another matter (say DEF) and the document I just saved in ABC appears in the DEF matter and when I go to click on that document it opens the ABC matter. What is going on? This has happened a couple of times already this week. It’s very frustrating. So, what I need to do is exit LEAP altogether and sign back in and go into the DEF matter to see if that duplication is still there and it’s disappeared. LEAP needs to fix this glitch or whatever is happening. Thank you. Helen

Yes I have been having the same issue
I'm have issues with Inbound leap no longer functioning. Issues with header not filtering. Unable to create PDF and email.
Wait times on help support are far too long
I am also finding documents in wrong files ??
Time to find a new provider.
yes, had that same issue for the first time this morning. Have had lots of other issues too. I'm uninstalling the update and going back to the previous one
Yep same problem happening
Refreshing the matters seems to help.
I have a number of staff experiencing this issue. Has leap provided a fix.
Kind regards,
