I was browsing a similar topic and came across your question.
Although I am not aware of a menu option where you can click "export everything", you can easily export all items from within the details and correspondence tab of your matter by:
If you would prefer to remove all folders when exporting, you can type "/" in the search bar of your details and correspondence tab to remove the folder structure, which will allow you to select all individual items.
