Remote worker updated the LEAP application then was unable to login to LEAP

I am having the same issue. I had a support person from LEAP yesterday working and now the App keeps disappearing. I was also scheduled for a call back at 9am and haven't heard from them. I have emailed support. This is so frustrating. I am at a stand still.

Thanks Dominique, I've also had some luck with a solution - this worked!!
In order to resolve the issue of being unable to open LEAP, please follow these instructions:

3. Press the Windows button and R on your keyboard at the same time
4. Type %localappdata% and select Ok
5. Locate LEAP Desktop in the list > Right-click > Rename

2. Processes Tab > End Tasks for LEAP Client and LEAP Desktop if they are running
3. Details Tab > End Tasks for WINWORD.EXE and OUTLOOK.EXE if they are running
4. Services Tab > Right-click LEAPOfficeXE > Stop
5. Repeat instructions as above.
