Problem with collating multiple documents to single PDF in emails

I have tried to collate my outgoing emails today in the same way that I used to, being add the annexures to a letter as a single PDF in the Outlook email window. This function is no longer available.

 

I spoke with Montana F at LEAP and was told that the only option was to combine them in the correspondence section of the file. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. The way our files are structured, they are separated into correspondence and incoming with subfolders, this method does not work to create a combined PDF. I have wasted an hour getting this matter looked at today with no outcome other than make a complaint to the development team. This has to change as there is no way for me to collate outgoing emails currently.

    We experienced a similar issue what you can do to resolve this issue is uninstall, the new version 2.3.68.0 which was released on 3.11.2021 by following these steps.

     

    1. Close LEAP and Word/Outlook.
    2. Click Start > Type ‘Run’ and hit enter >
    3. Type ‘appwiz.cpl’ in the run dialogue box and hit enter.
    4. Find LEAP > uninstall.
    5. Download older version from https://d2w4f40kslfq7h.cloudfront.net/leap%20cloud/2.1.252.0/x64/leapdesktopx64setup.exe
    6. and run install. 

     

    It should resolve the issue until leap fixes the bug.😉
