Yes. I was told to install the previous version by going into this link (LEAP version 2.1.252.0 installer, https://d2w4f40kslfq7h.cloudfront.net/leap%20cloud/2.1.252.0/x64/leapdesktopx64setup.exe) - but once it downloads, don't click run yet, just let it download! After you have done that, then click the "windows" icon + R, then type in "appwiz.cpl". Make sure all your apps are closed first, then right click on the existing LEAP and select "uninstall". Once it has uninstalled, then run the previous version you downloaded above. It then reminds you there is a newer version of LEAP, but of course, don't select the newer version, say "remind me later". It all worked with no issues for me.
