Hello Diane and thank you for this very good question. Specific reports are required to be run at End of Month, including: Trust Trial Balance, Cash Payments/Receipts, Trust Overdraws and others. If these are generated via the EOM process they are time and date stamped to certify you have run them on or prior to 15 days past the EOM date. You may run those reports at any time via the separate 'Reports' menu however they will be stamped 'Interim' so as not to confuse a reader regarding the method of report output.
Why are my reports saying "Interim" even though its only 9 (7 business) days past EOM date?
