Hello Phil, we believe it will always be in your interest to open a new matter for each person or entity you wish to invoice, however in the case of something like a notary fee you may have a generalised matter that could have multiple cards attached to it or alternatively you may overtype the 'Invoice To' field. Please do check with your local regulatory authority though.
