How do I get Leap to organise documents in numerical order in a file.

Amanda Hayes (Customer) asked a question.

How do I get Leap to organise documents in numerical order in a file.

I want the numbers to correlate to a list of documents list which are numbered 1 2 3 4 etc . In the leap file it lists them as 1 to 10 then 2 20 200 3 to 30 to 300. This is difficult when sending it to a client and appears to be all over the place.

Any tips?

  • Hello Amanda, have you investigated our BundlePro add-in application yet? You may have noticed the icon along the top of the Documents & Correspondence ribbon. This may be the solution you are looking for.

rather than using the 1, 2, 3 numbering system, it is often easier to use them as 001, 002, 003 to prevent the problem

    Thanks Megan,

I finally worked that out and that is how I got round it!
