Kylie Mcinally (Customer) asked a question.

RapidPay reminders are still going to a client who has no anticipated deposit in trust.

A reminder was successfully emailed to a client through RapidPay reminders even though when you search for the outstanding amount to stop the reminder it comes up with no anticipated deposit. There is also no anticipated deposit in the Trust ledger.

Does anyone know why this would be happening?
