Is it possible to add a safe custody registered packet number to a client card rather than a matter?

    Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.

     

    You can add a safe custody registered packet number to a Client Card only. To do this, simply follow the below:

     

    1. From your Matter List, please go to Menu > Home > Document Packets.
    2. Click "New".
    3. Under Client, click on the square icon to select your Client Card from Cards List.
    4. Once selected, proceed to fill out the remaining information.
    5. Save & Close.
