Matter opening to recently used folder

Siobhan O’Driscoll (Customer) asked a question.

Matter opening to recently used folder

I often find myself creating new documents in the subfolders of a matter because when I have opened the matter it has opened in the recently used subfolder. I would like for the matter to open to the main folder each time it is opened so new documents are not saved in whatever folder was last opened. Can you make this the default?

    Hi @Siobhan O’Driscoll (Customer),

Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.

Unless you are at the Home folder of your Correspondence List, the matter will always open to your last viewed folder location when you Save & Close the matter.

If you would like an option to have this changed, I would suggest posting this and any other feedback to our Ideas Hub for greater discussion and consideration amongst other members of the community as well as our Product team.
