Error message when emails sent from LEAP and outgoing LEAP email not saved in LEAP file

I continually receive an error message, "Something went wrong, you may want to try again" when sending emails. The email is sent, but it is not saved in the LEAP file. It is in the Outgoing LEAP email box, I need to copy it from this directory into the LEAP file. I have to close Outlook every time this happens, which is frequently. I have the current version of LEAP installed. Any suggestions?
