I am sick to death of the random weirdness coming from the MS Office/Leap interface. For example, today, Word suddenly decides the "Save and Close" button is not going to work today until you reboot your machine.
Note, I am using Office 365.

Please create a universal macro that refreshes the LEAP to Office interface so that helpdesk doesn't have to remote in every time there is an issue.
