    Unfortunately I was not able to view your attachment, however may I confirm if the invoices are in "Final - Print/Sent" statuses and that you have "Available Trust Balance"?

     

    If the above are correct, this will require further investigation by our support team to identify the issue, I can confirm you have lodged a case with our team regarding this issue and I will ask them to contact you to follow up directly.

      Dear Seng,

      When I previously opened the icon " Trust fund to Office", there should be the Data in terms of the matter number, ddate, invoice number etc. appearing on this page. (please see attachment) However, now no data has been shown on this page ?

      Could you urgently arrange the time to solve this problem ?
