I'm trying to access Rapid Pay to stop payment reminders and I am getting an error message as soon as I open that part of LEAP. It was working last week.

Error Occurred error connecting: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached
