Mass updating "Reponsible Person" following staff changes
Looking for tips!
Following a staff change there are a significant number of files which have to be updated to refer to a new responsible person - is there a way to do this without having to update each individual file (which is hugely time consuming).
For instance a work around where all files that currently note Jane Smith as Responsible Person are updated to refer to Sally Jones as the new Responsible Person.

Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.
Please note, there is no mass workaround to amend the person responsible for each file. This must be amended on each individual matter in its matter details window.
However, should you wish to amend this - you may amend Jane Smith's staff member set up name to be Sally Jones in the application settings > staff member page.
Please note if this is done, all work completed by Jane originally with her initials or name on it will then change to reflect it has been done by Sally Jones.
