HOW DO YOU REARCHIVE A MATTER

Hi @Maree McGrath (Customer),
Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.
When you unarchive the matter the old archive number will still be pre-filled but you can change it at any time to something else.
If your archive numbers are generated automatically then you won't be able to change it right away, instead, you will need to go to the LEAP Settings page, then go to the "Matter archive number" tab and untick "enable auto-archive numbering" and click "Save". Then you can restart LEAP, change the number and then re-enable "auto-archive numbering" by ticking the checkbox and clicking Save.
