    Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.

     

    In this instance, it would be best to reopen the matter. 

     

    Click here for an article on how to create a credit note.

    Click here for an article on how to refund credit.

     

    Once refund has been completed, you can delete the cost recovery from InfoTrack in LEAP. Once done, you can archive the matter as per normal.
