Hi all,
When i am creating an email ltr to solicitor through the new document section in Leap. For some clients the RE line is pulling through our clients name and others it isn't. Does anyone know how to fix this?
To the best of my knowledge I have checked the merge fields in the document and the RE line is in it.

Have you confirmed the RE line within the matter details (see image below)?
