How do I correct the situation?

Hi @Peter McQueen (Customer),
Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.
This message usually occurs on the document when it has been updating or refreshing and the process has been interrupted. In this instance, you can try to save the document locally to your desktop to retain a copy. But you will likely need to force Word to close afterwards.
In the future, when editing or updating a document wait until the status in the bottom left-hand corner states 'LEAP: Ready' before making any changes to the document to avoid this message, particularly on large documents.
Furthermore, If you are finding this occurs regularly I would suggest contacting our support team for further assistance regarding this particular issue.
Let us know if you require further assistance.
Best regards,
Sebastian.

Is there any simple way to resolve this, the document says it's updated and ready and it is still getting the error message. The only way I have been able to resolve is force closing leap and word and restarting
