How can I have multiple recipients in one letter?
Hi,
When I create a letter in Leap it requires me to select a recipient. I can't select more than one. That causes a problem when I want to address a letter to 2 clients in a matter. The only options seem to be either to create 2 separate letters, or else manually add one of the client's details into the letter. That's not idea - what I want is to just be able to address the letter to both clients (and have their details and addresses added to the letter).
We create separate cards for each individual person because we might do work for them separately. So creating a single card for the 2 clients won't help.

It is not possible to select multiple recipients for a single letter/document, excluding the workarounds you have mentioned in your post above another option would be to create a custom letter template that has merge fields that result in the desired layout with both clients names and addresses.
